How to use:

1. Connect main body to swivel wheel you want;
2. Insert AC adaptor into AC adaptor interface. Be sure to insert when it is in OFF positon;
3. Insert AC adaptor into household outlet;
4. Insert hand into belt and hold the main body;
5. Push ON/OFF from OFF position to LOW position. Before famlliar with it, please use LOW mode. After master, you can use HIGH mode;
6. Apply the device to every part and massage for only five minutes, and it will take 30 minutes to massage all parts;
7. After use, push ON/OFF to the OFF position and unplug AC adaptor;
